Democratic State Senate Candidate Nate Burnett will speak to voters about Independent Rick Bennett’s impact on the Maine Gubernatorial race at the SW Oxford County Democrats’ monthly meeting in Hiram on Wednesday, September 16 at 5:30 pm.

Burnett taught math at Sacopee Valley High School for 13 years. He will explain various ways how Bennett might impact the race between Democrat Hannah Pingree and Republican Bobby Charles. The meeting will also offer volunteers a chance to sign up for a shift at the Democratic booth at the Fryeburg Fair, or drive for HD 81 candidate Chris Lewey while he knocks on voters’ doors.

The meeting will take place at the Hiram Community Center at 14 Historical Ridge, near the fire dept on Main Street. Refreshments will be served. Questions? Email [email protected]
